musical scripts and drama productions are a great way of reaching out into the community and for growing creative people and ministries within the Church.

Production Packs

Performance CD This CD helps teach the cast their lines and songs. You may make copies for the cast to learn their parts at home or purchase extra copies of CD from Source. This reduces the amount time needed for rehearsals.

Backing Track CD This CD is identical to the backing songs on the Performance CD. Depending on the production, the songs come in different keys, and/or different arrangements. Backing vocals behind your own singers will help improve the quality of your overall presentation. The Backing Track CD overcomes the need for skilled performers and gives consistent high quality. They also make rehearsals more efficient. You may wish to have a keyboard musician or a live guitar to play with each song. These additions would give a live element to the show. However this is not essential.

Script Permission to make copies for your cast is granted.

Directors Notes are included.

Performance Rights are normally granted to a church or school and not to an individual person. It gives the right to perform a production up to 6 times over an 18 month period. The church or school may charge the audience an entry fee or hold an offering or collection to cover costs. Source Productions has no claim on any profit accrued from performances as long as the money remains within the control of the church or school holding the performance rights.
